Refund Policy
1.In the event that Purple Oak IT Limited (hereinafter referred to as Purple Oak) fail to deliver or provide you with the service, seices or products in accordance with these terms and conditions a refund will be paid.
2. This refund policy applies to the websites managed by Purple Oak (including but not limited to purpleoak.co.uk and our aliases namely Support Desk UK, Mail Filter UK, Offsite Backup UK, Network Guardian and all sub-domains of these) as well as the services and products provided through those sites.
3. Any refund due will be made by crediting your credit/debit card in pounds sterling with the amount of the refund.
4. Claims for refunds must be made within 7 days of the date of our Order Confirmation.
5. Refunds of E-Mail accounts are only valid where the Account has not already been created or where clause 1. is in effect.
